Orlene Ofeciar Arriola CPCU, CRIS, AINS, has over 20 years of experience in the Guam and International Insurance Market. Ms. Arriola is the first woman resident of Guam to achieve the coveted designation of CPCU (Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter). Less than 2% of insurance professionals achieve the designation Globally.
In 2015, she also competitively awarded the CPCU Society International Ambassador award. She was also the first Guam based Risk Consultant to the Guam Power Authority, the largest power producer in the Micronesia Region. In addition, she was the Broker of Record for several key Guam Program accounts and has produced exceptional results in terms of risk program analysis, coverage enhancement, product delivery, and premium improvement for our client group’s Insurance Program.
Ms. Arriola spent 10 years as the lead underwriter and Surety Signatory for Utility, Construction, and Institutional accounts in the region to include Guam, Saipan, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) for multiple lines of business. As a certified Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Ms. Arriola is also a Construction Risk Specialist and has served as a front-line underwriter for a domestic Insurer specializing in U.S. Military Defense Sub-contractors and other Private Entity insurance programs. Originally from the village of Talofofo, Guam she is a Graduate of JFK High school Tumon, the University of California at San Diego, and currently resides in Tamuning.
